  • What is the purchase process?

Our product site will allow you to easily move through the shop, select the service you’re interested in, and purchase using your credit card. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a digital instruction sheet with detailed steps about how to initiate your service request. 

In some instances, you’ll need to have a conversation with our team prior to your purchase.

  • What can I expect from my purchase?

    After every purchase, you will have a conversation with Cogeo in order to discuss the goals, expectations, styles, communication methods, etc. before we begin our work. We want to be sure that we are meeting your needs before we charge forward.

  • Why do I need to talk to Cogeo prior to purchase for some services and not others?

Some services offer a larger scope of work than others. This preliminary conversation is to provide you with an estimated time of completion and, in some cases where price is based on hours worked, an estimated final cost.

  • How can I keep track of my purchases?

At the payment page of your transaction, you can choose to create an account so that you can refer back to your purchases, orders, and memberships.

PROGRAMS

  • Which program is right for me?

Great question! In our opinion, this answer boils down to how committed your leadership (both executive staff and Board of Directors) is to establishing a formalized development program.

If your entire organization’s leadership is fully committed and has the resources to invest, the Partner Program is the best choice. You will see the highest return-on-investment from this program.

If your organization’s leadership is committed and has some resources to invest, the Starter Plus+ Program is a great place to begin -- especially if you are ultimately aiming to move into the Partner Program, but must raise the funds to initiate.

If you are committed but unable to invest, the Starter Program is right for you! This is a wonderful place to start if your organization is just beginning its fundraising journey. As well, if you want to use this program to simply understand Cogeo’s approach to fundraising and development, we encourage that! You’ll get to know us and our methods deeply throughout this program.

  • How long are the programs?

Each program is designed in 12-month increments. Depending on how much time your team is able to dedicate to the work, you may begin to raise funds sooner or later. If you dedicate at least 5 hours per week, you will see the highest return-on-investment.

  • How long can I access the Starter and Starter Plus+ content?

Forever! While the programs are designed to take 12 months, we will allow you to retain your member login for as long as you decide to keep it. This way, you’ll be able to refer back to educational materials whenever you please.

  • How much does each program cost?

The Starter Program is a completely free program with zero cost to you.

The Starter Plus+ Program costs $500 per month for 12 months or a discounted $5,000 one-time fee.

The Partner Program varies! It all depends on the scope of work. Because of the unlimited access you’ll have to our Consulting and Services teams, it is an investment. But we encourage you to call for a quote here.

  • What can I expect from the programs?

Each program will help you lay the foundation you need to launch a successful fundraising strategy. You will establish the right messaging, tools, and team needed to begin raising funds. These are steps that will help solidify the sustainability of your development efforts for not only this campaign, but for the future of your organization.

Then, you will begin raising funds through a series of tactics, including: major gift opportunities, an annual giving program, foundation outreach, corporate outreach, and more.

The more involved our consultants and services team are within your campaign, the higher return-on-investment you’re likely to see.

  • Why do I need to meet with Cogeo to join the Starter Plus+ or Client Partner Program? Where can I go to initiate that conversation?

We want to learn about you and your project more and introduce you to our team. We want to be very clear about what your needs and goals are as an organization. As well, if there is something we need to include or adjust within the campaign, we take note of that during this call.

  • Where can I apply for the Starter Program?

The application is a formality. We rarely prevent anyone from moving forward. If we notice there is an opportunity for additional Cogeo involvement, we may reach out. Likewise, if we notice that there may be something hindering you from succeeding within the program, we will let you know.
