Steering Committee Coaching (1 hr)

Cogeo will coach your team on how to build a Steering Committee and/or engage its members.

After a brief preliminary conversation where we will learn about your organization’s goals and Steering Committee progress, Cogeo Services will prepare a unique session.

Cogeo will reach out once your session is prepared, then will host a 1-hour Steering Committee coaching session. During your session, we will provide you with ideas and guidance and will allow ample time for questions.
