Cogeo will establish a task management system for your organization and train your team on its use.
You will meet with Cogeo Services to explain the structure and processes within your organization.
Cogeo Services will set up your Trello Task Management Board (This is a free system up to 5 Boards). Cogeo will reach out to you to set up a 1-hour training session.
During that session, Cogeo will teach you the features and benefits of Trello and introduce you to your organization’s Boards. There will be ample time for questions.
